There are a multitude of computers and modules that control every aspect of your Aston Martin, miles of wiring, a multitude  of switches, sensors and actuators, there are various on board self checking systems and in most cases a warning will be displayed on the information display. If its in yellow this is a warning to get your Aston checked as soon as possible either by the dealer network or an independent specialist such as ourselves. If it a red warning Please stop as soon as it is safe to do so, as continuing could cause serious damage or be unsafe to drive.

These systems are highly sophisticated and as such require dedicated diagnostic equipment to interrogate and analyse faults, we can test individual systems reconfigure current systems and replace and recode new units,  we always carry out a diagnostic on all Aston martins we have in for repair as this can highlight faults and problem before they can become bigger or more costly faults. This report will always be fully explained and you can always talk directly with the technician who is dealing with your car.

If your Aston Martin is still under warranty nearly all these types of faults on the electrical systems are covered and as such would need to be returned to a Aston Martin Dealer for a free repair.
